Terms & Conditions Cuci 12 – The Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and Cuci 12 ("we", "platform", or "company"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Cuci 12 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Cuci 12 service. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the Cuci 12 service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are acting of your own free will and initiative, without coercion or pressure from any party.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Cuci 12 at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different details, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Accurate and Up-to-Date Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. Cuci 12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. Cuci 12 recommends using a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their bets before confirming. Cuci 12 is not liable for errors made by the player.

6.2 Suspended or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed, suspended, or cancelled, all related bets will be returned to the player's account within 24 hours, unless the outcome had already been determined prior to the suspension.

6.3 Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games at Cuci 12 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently certified by third-party bodies. The RTP for each game is displayed transparently. The minimum bet for most slots is RM1 and the minimum bet for Live Casino games is RM5.

6.4 Final Decisions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cuci 12 platform and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Match fixing — colluding with other players, sports teams or individuals to influence betting outcomes.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software or any automated tools to play or place bets.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts or using other means solely to exploit bonus offers.
• Technical disruption — attempting to exploit bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Threats or harassment — threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively towards Cuci 12 staff or other players.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Cuci 12 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you via the payment method on file, subject to applicable KYC requirements and withdrawal conditions.

8.2 Closure by Cuci 12

Cuci 12 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any term in this document. In cases of serious violations such as fraud, the account balance may be fully forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who need a break from betting may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 to 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any promotional communications from Cuci 12.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Cuci 12 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Betting errors made by the player themselves.
• Failure of a player's equipment, software, or internet connection.
• Loss of anticipated profits or indirect losses.
• Errors or omissions in odds display caused by third-party technical issues.

In any circumstance, Cuci 12's maximum liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
